This policy covers weareatlanti.co, operated by Atlantico LLC ("Atlántico," "we," "us"), and Obra, our field management app for licensed trade contractors. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions.
Information we collect
On weareatlanti.co: when you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization or trade, and message. Submissions are processed by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to [email protected].
In Obra: account details (name, email, company), project records (jobs, daily logs, change orders), photos you upload, optional location data attached to job entries, push notification tokens, and basic usage analytics.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the site and the app: responding to inquiries, running your Obra account, processing billing, sending service notifications, and improving what we build. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating weareatlanti.co and Obra.
Analytics
weareatlanti.co uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic in aggregate. Obra uses Vercel Analytics for the same purpose within the app and web dashboard. Neither is used to build advertising profiles.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of providers to operate our services: Formspree (contact form delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel Analytics (app usage analytics). Each is bound by its own privacy and security terms.
Storage & security
Obra's data is stored with Supabase, hosted on AWS servers in the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures each company's data is isolated from every other company's — no contractor can see another contractor's jobs, photos, or records.
Data retention & deletion
Obra data persists while your account is active. If you close your account, it keeps read-only access to archived jobs, and the underlying data is permanently deleted within 30 days of closure. Contact form submissions are retained by Formspree per their own policy; email us if you'd like a submission removed.
Children's privacy
weareatlanti.co and Obra are intended for business professionals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our practices change and update the date above accordingly. Material changes affecting Obra account holders will be communicated by email.
